As I mentioned in Rule 4 (Diet), I wouldn’t describe myself as a ‘gym person.’ Therefore, I’m not here as any form of an expert but this, much like the Diet rule, has worked for me by pushing myself to new limits and staying fairly lean and healthy.
I know I said I’d cover exercise for this rule but I had an idea recently during lockdown that I think could help you see how productive or how much fun you’ve had, outwith reading my crazy, productive brain spillage. So I thought I’d share this with you while we’re still in lockdown.
This was supposed to be a fairly short post because, well I didn’t think I followed any measure of a strict diet but after writing this, I’ve realised that that is not true. However, the ways in which I view diet has been helpful and kept me relatively healthy whilst also being able to enjoy my food.
